Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through the Villa website operated by Nargis Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to contact@nargishospitality.in. The cancellation date is the date we receive your email. Refund eligibility is determined by the notice period before your scheduled check-in date:

2. Cancellation by Villa

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance emergency, safety concerns, or legal requirements), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the advance. We will notify you as early as possible and assist in finding alternative accommodation where feasible.

3. Force Majeure

If your stay is disrupted or cancelled due to events beyond either party’s control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest — refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make every reasonable effort to offer a date change or credit for a future stay.

4. Advance Payment

A 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your check-in date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

6. Modifications to Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date. If the modified dates have a higher rate, the difference must be paid. If the rate is lower, the difference will be credited to your final balance. Only one date change is permitted per booking.

7. Early Departure

No refund is provided for early departure or unused nights once the stay has commenced.

8. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of check-out after a property inspection, less any deductions for damages or additional charges incurred during your stay.

9. GST on Refunds

Any GST collected on the booking amount will be refunded proportionally along with the eligible refund amount. Nargis Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. will issue a credit note as required under GST regulations.

10. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern by emailing contact@nargishospitality.in with your booking reference number. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
