Welcome to our villa. We're glad you're here. We are Bharat and Uddhav, a father and son duo who have spent the better part of our lives in hospitality, and who finally decided it was time to build something entirely our own.

Between us, we have spent decades working across some of India's finest hotels and private properties, learning the craft of genuine hospitality, the kind that makes a guest feel not just comfortable, but truly at home. This villa is where all of that experience quietly shows up, not in grand gestures, but in the details. The way the light falls in the afternoon. The stillness of the sunken lounge, where the pool seems to begin where the room ends. The jacuzzi on the terrace, framed by the forest canopy, that makes a sunset feel personal.

We found this plot on one of our weekend drives through North Goa, the kind of afternoon where you're not looking for anything in particular. It was tucked near the forest, surrounded by birdsong and old trees, and it had a quality we didn't expect to find so close to everything: quiet. We drove back twice that week. By the third visit, we knew.

What followed was two years of building something we had always imagined but never had the occasion to create, a home that moves between warmth and stillness, between beautiful design and the kind of ease that makes you forget what day it is.

We don't run this villa like a business. We run it like a home we're proud of, one we want to share with people who will love it as much as we do.
